Spend a week full of adventures from mountain biking to happy hours with USA Pro cyclers. This event is specially designed to accommodate riders of good riding ability and in good condition. We will ride both road and mountain bikes. You will be guided by Isaac Goren who has spent over 5 summers in the area exploring as well as racing in Leadville 50, Leadville 100 and Breck 100.

Date: August 8-19, 2018
Location: Breckenridge and Vail, Colorado
Cost: $3,000 (not including air fare)*

*Price is based on 3+ riders. Cost includes lodging, transportation to and from the airport, mountain and road bike rentals, food, and more. Each rider will need to arrange for flights to Denver, CO; arrive Saturday 8/13 and depart Monday 8/22 in the afternoon.

Logistics

Monday: Arrive in Colorado and settle in

• Transportation from Denver, CO to Breckenridge
• Check into our mountain cabin
• Start acclimating to the 10,000ft elevation
• Visit the town of Breckenridge
• Pick up both road and mountain bikes
• Go for a local ride to explore the village

Tuesday – Sunday: A week of bike riding the infamous roads and trails of Breckenridge

• Road ride from Breckenridge to Vail and back to Breckenridge (Vail pass 11,000+ ft)
• Ride the official race course of the 2014 USA Pro Cycling time trail in Vail.
• Mountain bike with Nick Truitt (Pro mountain bike racer) and learn new techniques
• Mountain bike over Boreas and Hoosier Pass (11,482 ft Continental Divide)
• Ride on the Colorado Trail
• Witness the USA Pro Cycling team as they race into Breckenridge
• Participate in bike week at Breckenridge
• Ride into Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Frisco
• Take the tram up and ride down Peaks Trail
• Ride part of the Leadville 100 race course
• Ride into Colorado’s best aspens, meadows, wild flowers and wildnerness
• Mountain bike ride to Wheeler Pass (12,500 ft). Experience 25% less oxygen!
• Hike Colorado 14er: Mt. Quandary (14,265 ft)
• Experience Breckenridge night life and happy hours
